FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100 or more 

Simply look for the logo to enjoy free shipping on orders over $100 (excluding blank card orders). If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $100 or more, your order ships FREE! Free shipping is only valid for shipments within the Continental U.S. All orders eligible for free shipping will ship UPS GROUND only. Expedited shipping methods will incur an additional fee.

How do I return an item?

Did you purchase the wrong product or find out that you don’t need it anymore? No problem! You may return it to us for a full refund if:

The product is unused and unopened – it must be in its complete, original packaging, and must be returned within 30 days of your date of purchase. Once the merchandise has arrived we will do a quick inspection and if passed, we will refund you in full.

In this case, the only thing you are responsible for is the shipping cost back to us. Please contact an ID Enthusiast to alert us of your returned item and what documentation we will need in order to accept it.

 *We will not accept your returned item without an ID Enthusiast approving it first.

Products that have been opened or used may be returned, however we require that the customer go through a trouble-shooting process with our technical support department prior to us accepting a returned item. If it is determined that we can accept your opened item you will be responsible for the following:

•  20% restocking fee
• Shipping costs back to us

If you receive a product that is broken, damaged or defective, please call us directly at 786-587-1284 and we will discuss the matter with you. An RMA will be issued and if we determine that it’s something our tech support department cannot resolve then we will exchange your item for a working one, or we will refund you 100%.
